According to Yonhap News,
(SEOUL=Yonhap News) Hydrogen Extraction System and hydrogen bus charging station will be established in Gyodong, Samcheok-si, Gangwon-do.
It is a project run by Gangwon province, Gangwon Technopark, and Samcheok-city, with KRW 13.5 billion investment.
The amount of hydrogen production per day by a hydrogen extraction system is 1 ton.
The produced hydrogen will be used in hydrogen bus charging station, 500 kg per day, and the rest will be used in nearby hydrogen charging stations.
Samcheock-si plans to distribute 1,000 hydrogen vehicles and 15 hydrogen buses by 2025.
