According to Yonhap News,

The Geodu Agro-Industrial Complex and Toegye Agro-Industrial Complex in Chuncheon, Gangwon-do will be renovated.

Chuncheon-si announced on May 12 that it had recently been selected for public contest for agro-industrial complex support package project hosted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, securing KRW 4.5 billion government funds.

This project is to provide comprehensive support, including the remodeling of closed factories, the construction of complex centers and innovation support centers, and the creation of beautiful streets by 2024, with the total budget of KRW 7.2 billion including municipal budget.

For the Geodu Agro-Industrial Complex, a three-story complex cultural innovation support center will be built to create a common community space, business consulting rooms, and other convenience facilities.

For the Toegye Agro-Industrial Complex, a project to create a beautiful street will be pushed for, including planting of landscape plants in the industrial complex and surrounding roads.

An official from Chuncheon-si said, "With this project, we will support to so that agro-industrial complexs take a new leap forward and revitalize the local economy."
