GANGWON-DO < invest Korea

According to Yonhap News,

Dongwon Systems announced on May 18 that it would build the 2nd plant to expand the Aseptic business in Ucheon Industrial Complex in Hoengseong-un, Gangwon-do.

To this end, it signed an MOU for investment with Gangwon-do and Hoengseong-gun at Gangwon Provincial Office.

Dongwon will invest about KRW 80 billion to build the 2nd Aseptic plant on the site of 5,300-peyong.

After building the plant, it plans to operate its production lines from 2024. Once the 2nd plant is completed, Dongwon expects to produce about 460 million bottles of Aseptic beverages per year until 2026.

Dongwon set the goal of achieving annual sales of KRw 130 billion with the construction of the 2nd plant.
