Wonju-si in Gangwon recommended applying for the 'Covid-19 Hospitalization or Quarantine Relief Fund' on time.

On Sep. 22, the city mentioned that it is not available to receive the relief fund - which is given to people once hospitalized or under quarantine due to Covid-19 - or the paid leave benefits after the deadline.

People who were hospitalized or isolated before Feb. 13, 2022 can apply by year-end, people after Feb. 14, 2022 can apply within 90 days from the day after ending quarantine.

Among the ones notified of either hospitalization or quarantine, people living below the 100 percent median income are eligible for the application pursuant to the 'Infectious Disease Control and Prevention Act.'

When the number of people who were isolated in the household is one, you can receive KRW 100,000 and when it is two or more, you can receive KRW 150,000. And the application is available at the administrative welfare centers or via 'Government 24.'
