According to Yonhap News,

A Civil Servant Union of the Wonju city hall (hereinafter "the union") released that it would run an event that grants subsidies to cover expenses of the union members using driving service for a month starting from Dec. 1.

The event has been implemented since last year with an aim of preventing accidents due to driving under the influence, particularly during the holiday season at the end of the year.

For anyone leaving a comment with position, name, and a captured image of the driving service's text message, the Wonju Sarang Voucher worth KRW 15,000 would be provided by the city.

Woo Hye-seung, head of the union, said, "A number of holiday gatherings have relatively shrunken due to COVID-19, but many people are participating in the gatherings," adding, "the event is for the sake of the union members and has a goal to evoke the meaning of DUI eradication, and hence we decided to have the event again this year."
