The Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) published the Guide to Living in Korea 2013 in a bid to support the early settlement of foreigners including executives and employees of foreign-invested companies in Korea.

The annual journal includes Korean culture, customs and etiquette as well as essential information on education, medical services, housing, transportation and other information concerning daily life.

The 2013 issue of the journal adds new sections including leisure and community, considered necessary for foreigners and QR codes that link to useful applications or websites. The state-run agency also released the Chinese version in response to the growing demands from Chinese investors.
