KOTRA opened an education course to help biz enhance capabilities on Mar 24, 30-31
Date

Under the sponsorship of HeeMang Foundation, Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA: CEO and President, Kwon Pyung-oh) is set to run a special business support program, designed to help small and mid-sized enterprises further improve business capabilities on Mar 24 and Mar 30-31. The training course particularly aims to provide solutions for those weighed on the lingering coronavirus-induced economic burdens and to expand sales channels overseas.

The three-day education session covers everything from theoretical knowledge to practical skills required to build up capacity: the importance of business growth and expansion, tips for how to target potential buyers and key steps before signing a contract. There has been a program letting the participants learn on how to connect web stores to the world’s flagship online marketplaces in South East Asia, North Americas or China, and how to make the best out of e-commerce as a means of sales platform.

The agency is currently running an ‘Export Support Center for SEMs’, which provides an all-embracing one-stop solution engaging in every step of the business process from HR training, marketing and even after-care service.

An official from the investment promotion agency said “I’m pretty sure such programs can serve as a beacon for many businesses struggling in the midst of growing woes over the impacts of the lingering economic disruptions. We’ll continue to provide and develop the support package to help SMEs.”
