Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) attracted $10 million-investment at its export seminar held in the mid-November in the U.S. Silicon Valley.
Thirty five Korean companies and 100 buyers from the North America attended the seminar.
CQ Cloud, a Korean security software developer, inked a $10 million investment contract with Investa Capital Group.
The presence of many global IT companies, including Microsoft, Cisco, Intel, Texas Instruments and Verizon, in the seminar indicates American companies' strong interests in Korean venture companies.
"We will accelerate momentum of technology and investment partnership between Korean and American companies down the road," said a KOTRA official.
