Seoul signed a memorandum of understanding with Zhongtai Construction Group, a Chinese company with annual sales of KRW 9 trillion, last Monday to attract investment in the Magok District in southwestern Seoul.
Zhongtai Construction Group is one of the top 500 private Chinese enterprises, and one of its main subsidiaries was among the top 50 Chinese constructors in 2011 and 2012.
Zhongtai Construction Group will now consider building a cultural tourism center in the Magok Industrial Complex.
