Gimpo Signs MOU for Science Industrial Complex

In Beijing, China, the City of Gimpo signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Korea China Exchange Association (KCEA), Nosta Korea and TUSPark Holdings last Wednesday for an international science industrial complex in Gimpo.
Gimpo Mayor Yoo Young-rok, Kim Yong-deok, a top KCEA executive, Nosta Korea Chairman Shin Chee-ho and Wang Ji-wu, President of TUSPak Holdings, attended the ceremony.
Participants will collaborate to build the 2.64 million m2 science industrial complex in Gimpo.
TUSPark Holdings is a state-owned enterprise invested by Tsinghua University Science Park (TUSPARK) of Tsinghua University and focuses on developing science and technology parks.
KCEA noted that the USD 500 million investment will fund the complex, including housing, cultural, medical, commercial and supporting facilities.
