Date
2014.05.15

According to Yonhap News,

(SEOUL=Yonhap News) Korean companies plan to invest KRW 163.1 trillion in facilities.

The Korea Finance Corporation (KoFC) said the facility investment plans of Korean corporations showed a 4.5 percent increase compared to the previous year. Last month, the KoFC conducted a survey of 3,064 local companies’ plans for facility investment.

Facility investment performance last year showed a decrease of 0.6 percent from a year ago. This year’s plan for facility investment by local companies is almost the same as that of last year.

“This survey shows expectations are high on the back of economic recovery at home and abroad,” said the KoFC.
