(SEOUL=NEWSIS) The eighth Global Mobile Vision (GMV) 2015, the leading ICT exhibition and conference in Korea, will be held on September 16 for three days at the Korea International Exhibition Center (KINTEX), Ilsan.

The GMV, co-organized by the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) and KINTEX, will be participated in by 250 Korean companies and 250 buyers from 61 countries in sectors including the internet of things, big data, security, financial technology, communication and mobile applications.

Executive-level buyers from global companies including Microsoft, Sprint, Best Buy and GE Healthcare of the United States, Baidu of China, NTT, Fujitsu, Toyota and NEC of Japan, Telefónica of Spain, Ericsson of Sweden and Vinaphone of Vietnam will conduct business meetings with the local companies.

Other events will include a mobile-based sharing economy conference with Coupang and SOCAR and a special program to support Korean startups to enter foreign markets and attract investment.
