According to Yonhap News,

(SEOUL=Yonhap News) Netflix has signed a deal with South Korean cable channel JTBC to have exclusive rights to air the network's new drama overseas, the company said Friday.

The new drama "MAN x MAN" will be aired on the global video streaming site, starting April 21, in some 190 countries at the same time it airs in its home market.

In Korea, it will be available on the site an hour after it runs in its regular time slot of 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. In the United States, the series will be made public on the site in two eight-episode segments.

The new television series is about a versatile, mysterious secret agent Kim Seol-woo (Park Hae-jin) who is tasked with protecting top celebrity Yeo Un-gwang (Park Sung-woong). The drama has already been produced in its entirety.

"The decision to work with Netflix is part of (the company's) efforts to better publicize the country's excellent content in the global market. The simultaneous broadcasting of 'MAN x MAN' will help Korean television content globally broaden its fan base," the company said in a statement.
