According to Yonhap News,
(INCHEON=Yonhap News) On April 12, Incheon City signed an MOU for the G-city (global smart city) project with foreign investor Invest Co. and Korea Land & Housing Corporation. The project seeks to develop an international business complex in Cheongna.
The KRW 4 trillion project will build smart business and support complexes within the 278,000 ㎡ international business complex in Cheongna by 2026.
As fitting with the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the smart business complex will be composed of officetels and a business park. The smart support complex will have residential, hotel, sports, entertainment and leisure facilities.
Incheon City hopes the G-city project will create about 29,000 jobs and induce KRW 3.79 trillion worth of production in its development stage.
