Namyangju city to partner with Born2Global

The city of Namyangju, Gyeonggi Province, announced on Feb. 10 that the local authority formed a comprehensive partnership to attract investment home and abroad with Born2Global, a part of national agencies, being an affiliate of ICT ministry in Korea. The city mayor made an official visit to the headquarters, located in Pangyo Technovalley startup center and shared a partnership agreement with its counterpart.

The head of Born2Global expressed a welcoming message in hopes of inviting promising, high-tech startups into the center when the mayor called for a full support saying, “I hope that our concerted efforts into investment promotion targeting both domestic as well as foreign companies and market entry, relevant support policies to help startups can further stimulate the growth of the city, which now turns into a business hub.”

Born2Global, founded in September 2013, has long offered a comprehensive range of services helping businesses in ICT, biohealth or medical industry form overseas sales networks and attract investment. Over 300 global partners in 35 countries so far have reached business contract to work with, under the multistage courses of Born2Global’s biz-support programs.
