MSIT hosted a virtual IR meeting targeting investors in Middle East

The Ministry of Science and ICT (MSIT) announced on Oct 7 that they hosted a virtual Investor Relations (IR) meeting to help tech-startups in Korea tap into and expand their market presence in the Middle East, inviting eight VC investors such as Venture Souq from the UAE and Bahrain.

10 Korean startups-Alchera, Designovel,BluePrintLAB Inc.- developing technologies of artificial intelligence and virtual reality etc. presented at the meeting.

The authorities unveiled a plan to host such events mainly targeting potential investors in Saudi Arabia or Kuwait, alongside ROK-Latin America startup JV investment programs.
