As a result of the uation by an investor panel, HBOT Medical from the Gangwon AI Healthcare Global Innovation Special Zone was awarded the MSS Award.
The Chairman of the Korea SMEs and Startups Agency Award went to Surim Tech from the Gangwon Liquefied Hydrogen Industry Regulation- Free Special Zone and Tiessen Biopharm from the Gyeongbuk Cell Culture Food Regulation- Free Special Zone.
Jungwook Lim, Deputy Minister of Startup and Venture Innovation Office stated, "Businesses in the Regulation- Free Special Zones and Global Innovation Zones have high growth potential to create new business areas through regulatory improvements."
He added, "We will expand support for their growth through commercialization fund support and direct connections."
