On August 5, the Ministry of SMEs and Startups (MSS) and the Korea Foundation for Cooperation of Large & Small Business, Rural Affairs (KOFCA) announced that the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that participated in the "K Collection," an event held in conjunction with KCON in Los Angeles (LA) from July 1 to 3, achieved a total sales result of USD 120,000 (approximately KRW 170 million).

Additionally, 56 local buyers from the U.S. were invited for a one-on-one B2B export business meetings, during which 389 consultations took place. KOFCA expects that around USD 12 million (approximately KRW 16.6 billion) worth of deals from these consultations may be achieved through follow-up contracts.
The event was promoted by the girl group HITGS, who participated as ambassadors.
