According to Yonhap News,

The Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) announced that it will co-host the "2025 Consultation Meeting to Support the Entry into the China Aircraft Parts Supply Chain" in Tianjin, China, from August 18 to 20, in collaboration with the Gyeongnam Techno Park.

KOTRA explained that this event has been organized in Tianjin, a key city in China’s aviation industry, to help Korean aircraft parts companies secure a foothold in the Chinese market.

The consultation meeting will feature global civil aircraft manufacturers, including Boeing Tianjin Composites (BTC) and Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC), as well as eight first- and second-tier vendor companies.

In Korea, nine companies specializing in high-value-added aircraft parts, such as landing gear, composite materials, welding, and skin/surface treatment, will participate and hold one-on-one consultations.

Hwang Jae-won, KOTRA’s Head of the China Regional Headquarters, stated, "Amid changes in the global trade environment and the restructuring of supply chains in various industries, there is great potential for the aviation industries of both countries to grow together through cooperation."
