KOTRA (Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency) announced that it will hold an export consultation event to support the overseas expansion of battery material, parts, and equipment companies, in conjunction with the upcoming "InterBattery 2025" event in COEX, Seoul on March 5-7.
The export consultation will involve 29 companies from 11 countries, who will meet with 100 domestic battery material, parts, and equipment companies for one-on-one consultations.
KOTRA will also invite five companies from the Next-Generation Battery Consortium of Aichi Prefecture in Japan, offering support to help them find business partners in Korea.
In addition to inviting buyers from mature markets such as the U.S.A. and Europe, KOTRA invited buyers from emerging markets like India and Southeast Asia to actively seek global expansion opportunities for domestic battery companies.
KOTRA President Kang Kyung-sung stated, "To respond to the rapidly changing global battery market, creating diverse cooperation foundations is essential. We will support so that this consultation serve as a venue to discover new opportunities and strengthen exchanges with key companies."
