According to Yonhap News,

The government is supporting the expansion of exports for domestic companies by operating Korean pavilions at major industry exhibitions held mainly in Europe in March-April.

On March 16, the Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy (MOTIE), in collaboration with the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA), announced that after operating the integrated Korea Pavilion at the world’s largest mobile communications exhibition, the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025 in Barcelona, Spain, it will also set up the Korea Pavilion at the Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna 2025 in Italy, to be held on March 20-22, to support export businesses.

Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna 2025, one of the three largest beauty exhibitions globally, will feature 242 Korean companies. KOTRA will hold a global beauty industry trends briefing for participating companies and organize a consultation session with six local cosmetics distributors.

At the International Dental Show, the leading global trade fair for the dental community to be held in Cologne, Germany on March 25-29, 102 Korean companies will be participating, aiming for expansion into Europe.

KOTRA will operate a 'K-Dental Showroom' to introduce leading products from Korean companies and run a 'Premium Promotion Hall,' which combines pitching stations for each company and business consultation areas to maximize the exhibition's marketing impact.

The Korea Pavilion will also be set up at the world-renowned Hannover Messe 2025, which opens on March 31. At this exhibition, KOTRA will continue supporting 45 Korean companies and assist them in understanding the latest trends and introducing innovative technologies through a booth-visiting program with global companies such as Siemens, SAP, and Microsoft (MS).

At the BAUMA 2025, the world's leading construction machinery trade fair to be held in Munich, Germany on March 7-13, KOTRA will operate a Korea Pavilion to support export of 22 construction equipment parts and materials companies.

KOTRA will support Korean companies at this exhibition, which is held every three years, by helping them seek opportunities to enter the supply chain through consultations on-site with global construction machinery companies like Volvo, Caterpillar, and Liebherr.

KOTRA President Kang Kyung-sung stated, "We will actively support the global market expansion of Korean companies through European mega-exhibitions and continue to expand export support for companies with various exhibition marketing strategies."
