The Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) said Monday it will operate a country pavilion at the upcoming Automatica 2025 exhibition in Germany to showcase a range of cutting-edge robotics technologies.

Held biennially, Automatica is Europe's largest trade show dedicated to automation and robotics. This year's four-day exhibition, set to open Tuesday in Munich, is expected to draw over 650 companies and more than 40,000 visitors from around the globe.

KOTRA's pavilion will span 108 square meters and feature 11 Korean companies, including Jookang Robotech and Aidin Robotics. The exhibitors will showcase technologies tailored to European manufacturing needs.

"Automatica is a key barometer of future industries, spotlighting artificial intelligence-powered robotics, energy-efficient production technologies and smart safety solutions," a KOTRA official said. "We will continue to support Korean robotics and automation firms in leveraging their technology and competitiveness to successfully enter the European supply chain."
