- Development Concept : Four-season stay-type leisure tourism complex
- Implemented by : Busan Metropolitan Corporation (BMC)
- Facilities to be introduced : 34 facilities including themed park, Aqua World, Hotel, Shopping mall, and golf course
- Investment status : Investment for 32 facilities completed 32 (1 facility is up for public contest, 1 facility is under review for implementation by BMC)
Implementation Status
- March 2005 : Designated as Tourism Complex
- April 2006 : Tourism Complex Creation Plan Approved
- March 2010 : Complex creation construction commenced
- November 2014 : Golf Course opened
- December 2014 : Lotte Outlet opened
- December 2016 : Osiria station, Donghae Nambu-line opened
- July 2017 : Ananti Cove (Hilton Busan Hotel, Ananti) opened
- February 2020 : IKEA opened
- March 2022 : Themed park scheduled to open
- December 2023 : Osiria Tourism Complex construction completion scheduled
