Large E-Commerce Market per Capita
Korea's online market is growing rapidly: it ranked second in the share of e-commerce in the retail
sales and third in the spending of consumables per e-commerce user. The online shopping transaction
value of travel and transportation services and culture and leisure services saw a dramatic year-on-year
increase in line with the easing of COVID-19 regulations and the lifting of distancing restrictions.
