Qualification

Tenancy Terms

Foreign-invested company : A foreign investor who has completed a foreign investment report and has an investment arrival amount (more than KRW 100 million) within 1 year of moving in.

Restricted industries: Retail loan businesses, accommodation/restaurant businesses, beauty/academy, trade businesses, etc.
Details need to be confirmed by the person in charge.

Related organizations : Review the business content of related organizations, and companies engaged in investment promotion

Procedure

  Consultation : Confirmation of vacancy and consultation available via phone, e-mail, visit, or video meeting

  Application for rental : Application for move-in, business plan related to investment implementation
3. 03
  Review by the IKP occupant selection committee : Review in writing through the submitted data (This takes about 2 weeks)
4. 04
  Conclusion of lease contract : Guidance on evaluation results, conclusion of lease contract, establishment of corporation, and issuance of invoices for rental fee and deposit (This takes about 2 ~ 3 weeks)

  Enter IKP : Application for various additional services and beginning of IKP life!
