M-CHECK (MY GENOME CHECK)
'M-CHECK', an individual disease prediction genome analysis service, measures the risk of genetic disease by analyzing the genome that has been present since birth, and then adjusts each individual's environmental factors such as exercise, diet, and lifestyle according to the results It is a service that enables the prevention of disease by presenting The genome, which makes up the human body, is passed on to the next generation in the form of an array of DNA, and the DNA sequence hardly changes throughout a lifetime. There is a difference of 0.1~0.3% in DNA sequence between people, and these differences (genetic mutations) lead to different personalities, appearances, and disease risk responses among individuals. M-CHECK selects and analyzes mutations that have been scientifically verified to be associated with a specific disease among about 10 million genetic mutations (single nucleotide polymorphism, SNP) possessed by humans. As a result of M-CHECK analysis, even if different applicants show the same risk for the same disease, there may be differences in actual outbreak results because each individual's lifestyle and environmental factors are different. The M-CHECK service can currently predict about 80 types of diseases and drug reactions, and disease items are being changed and added according to the approval of the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. M-CHECK service can be configured freely because it can provide services for each inspection item requested by medical institutions.
