The summit is open to foreign investors, global MNC executives, embassy and chamber of commerce representatives, local government officials, and accredited international media. Participation is reviewed and confirmed by the organizing committee.

Participation is complimentary for approved delegates. Travel, accommodation, and personal expenses are the responsibility of individual participants.

Main sessions are in English and Korean, with Chinese and Japanese simultaneous interpretation
