According to Yonhap News,

(IKSAN=Yonhap News) On December 15, 2016, at the Iksan City Hall, Sungwon Food and Daehan Bubble Wrap signed to move into the industrial complexes in Iksan-si, North Jeolla Province.

Chicken byproduct processing company Sungwon Food will invest KRW 1 billion to build a factory on 3,300 square meters of land in Iksan's 4th industrial complex.

Daehan Bubble Wrap, maker of agricultural-use bubble wraps and steel frames for greenhouses, will invest KRW 4 billion to build a factory on 20,202 square meters of land in Iksan's 4th industrial complex.

The companies plan to begin operation of the new productions lines in the second half of next year.
