- Advanced PAN-based carbon fiber production technology, carbon composite production technology, and establishment of business support equipment

- Utilize carbon fibers developed through the Carbon Valley Project to develop transportation equipment parts production technologies, support equipment for "carbon fiber → intermediate goods → prototype manufacturing," and commercialization
2020–2024: Regulatory-Free Zone Project
