As global competition intensifies surrounding artificial intelligence, high-tech industries, renewable energy, and supply chains, Jeonbuk must not remain a region waiting for external consideration, but rather transform into a core region that South Korea cannot help but choose.

Jeonbuk possesses the future space of Saemangeum, abundant renewable energy, agri-life industries and manufacturing foundations, along with the potential of its citizens who have consistently turned crises into opportunities.

The overarching direction of the 9th term provincial administration is 'Tangible Growth with Citizens, Greater Jeonbuk with the World.'
Growth is defined not by statistics, but by people; not by numbers, but by daily life. We will build a Jeonbuk where young people return, enterprises invest, and the quality of life for our citizens tangibly improves.

By interconnecting Saemangeum, renewable energy, agri-life & bio, future mobility, defense industries, and advanced manufacturing, we will establish Jeonbuk's unique growth model while actively backing investment and innovation from domestic and international enterprises.

I will prove my promises through performance. I will prioritize practical gains over formal reasoning and deliver concrete results rather than superficial displays.
