(JEONJU=Yonhap News) Jeollabuk-do announced its plan to help SMEs improve their working environments.

On Marche 21st, the provincial government unveiled its plan to commit KRW 3.7 billion to improving dilapidated facilities and working environments across 140 establishments.

Through the plan, the city seeks to help the businesses repair their ventilation systems and lavatories, expand sports and recreational facilities, repair locker rooms and cafeterias, build lavatories for women, and operate commuter buses.

Mr. Geum-Hyeon Song, Head of the Business Support Division, said “We will continue our efforts to assist SMEs whose environmental improvement efforts were delayed or prevented by insufficient financial resources.”
