(JEONGEUP=Yonhap News) Lipro, a face mask manufacturer signed an investment agreement on November 22 at the City Hall on building its plant in the Advanced Sciences Industrial Complex in Jeongeup, Jeonbuk-do.
Lipro plans to spend KRW 6.3 billion to build a plant on a site of 12,913 square meters in the Complex.
The company will produce hydrogel mask with natural oriental medicine ingredients, and then expand its business to health functional foods.
"We appreciate the investment and will make efforts to provide support to Lipro to grow," said Yu Jin-seop, Mayor of Jeongeup.
