According to Yonhap News,
COAS, a special purpose vehicle (SPV) maker, reached a land purchase agreement on Feb. 24 at the Gimje city hall. Making a KRW 9.3 billion investment in a new production line, which sprawls across the 13,223㎡ site inside the Gimje industrial, the SPV producer resettles into in the first half of this year.

“To catch up with rising demand for the SPV, COAS decided to move in.”, a city official said.
