According to Yonhap News,

There was an event celebrating export of local products to mainland China on Nov 4 at the presence of dozens of representatives of private-public sectors. The freshly grown paprika, harvested in North Jeolla Province will be put on tables for Chinese customers.

Trucks carrying 340 boxes of 1.7 tons of paprika departed from Pyeongtaek Port in Gyeonggi Province and headed for China. Most of the paprika produced in the region used to be exported to Japan, but it appears to make a full-scale entry into the Chinese market in the future.

The province produces 7,200 tons of paprika (9%) of all output nationwide.
