Jeonju-si to subsidize KRW 30 million to build shelters for apartment security guards

According to Yonhap News,



Jeonju-si, Jeonbuk announced on Jan. 30 that it would set up resting places for security guards working for apartment houses.

The apartment houses that have no shelters for security guards are eligible for this project, which provides up to a KRW 20 million grant.

Furthermore, resting places built over ten years ago are also eligible for remodeling worth KRW 5 million.

And the city also supports aged apartment houses over 20 years old with the facility revamping subsidy worth KRW 30 million (within the range of 70 percent of the project expense) at max.
