According to Yonhap News,

Iksan-si, Jeonbuk announced on Feb. 27 that the "Job Placement Center for the New-Middle Aged" is scheduled to open to support the employment of the new-middle aged bracket (ages 40-65) in April.

The center is slated to provide customized employment services and help employment, starting a business and social contribution in a comprehensive way for the new-middle aged to take a leap forward.

In addition, the center will be equipped with meeting rooms, consulting rooms, etc., and offer employment services such as life-redesigning education, running communities, matching jobs, summoning up grievances of job seekers, etc.

And a professional institute will be in charge of systematically operating the tasks. A city official said, "the center is to provide life-periodic education as well as customized employment so that more entries of the new-middle aged job seekers into labor markets can contribute to creating jobs."
