Jeonbuk to give vitalization allowance to 2,000 unemployed youth for six months

Jeonbuk-do announced on Feb. 23 that the province would proceed with the 'Jeonbuk Type Youth Vitalization Allowance' support project to encourage unemployed youth to be equipped with stronger capabilities and enter society.

Unemployed youth (ages 18 - 39) below the medium income level of 150 percent are eligible for receiving KRW 500,000 per month for six months at maximum.

Also, those who succeed in getting a job or starting a new business will be provided with KRW 500,000.

The application period starts from Feb. 23 to Mar. 31, and the eligible can apply online (http://jbyouth.ezwel.com) or via the website of Jeonbuk Youth Hub Center.
