According to Yonhap News,

On January 10, Jeonju-si, Jeonbuk-do announced the export of 50,000 SkyKick Evo (KRW 6.9 billion), a drone soccer ball produced locally, to the US and Canada.

30,000 of them will be exported to the US, while 20,000 are destined to Canada.

'SkyKick Evo', developed and manufactured by Jeonju-based Camtic Institute of Technology made its debut at CES 2024, held in Las Vegas in the USA.

It is equipped with the guard made of elastic carbon materials for shock resistance and self-driving and turbo functions for advanced players.

All production processes took place in Jeonju.

Jeonju's mayor said that "it is significant to hold the launching ceremony for the drone soccer ball produced by our own technologies at the world's largest exhibition for household appliances and IT."
