According to Yonhap News,

Daejoo Kores, a company specialized in aluminum, is to construct a new plant in the free trade zone in Gimje, Jeonbuk State, and held an investment agreement signing ceremony on February 27.

Daejoo Kores plans to build a plant on a site of 16,528 square meters in the Gimje free trade zone with KRW 16.7 billion by July next year to produce aluminum raw materials.

The city explained that this company is a specialized company and a promising exporter, equipped with a production system from aluminum extrusion to processing.

The company's CEO said, "we will be capable of developing various future materials with the establishment of this plant," adding that "we will grow together with the region."

The city's mayor responded by saying, "we will spare no efforts to the growth of the company."
