According to Yonhap News,
Saemangeum Gunsan Free Economic Zone(SGFEZ) said that 13 high-ranking officials from Indonesia visited Saemangeum to benchmark its successful case on June 16th.
The visit is designed to introduce Korea's policy of protecting shores and development cases of coastal areas to Indonesian government officials.
SGFEZ introduces its vision and development plans to visitors.
Indonesian officials who visited the site said "It's surprising that Korea successfully reclaimed land from the sea, and built 33km of seawall.
They praised the Korean government's policy of low carbon green growth, saying that they look forward to seeing Saemangeum growing into a hub of green growth in Northeast Asia.
