According to Yonhap News,
The Saemangeum Gunsan Free Economic Zone(SGFEZ) is transforming into a business city.
BGH Corporation invested KRW 30 billion to build a hotel and a business center by 2013. The construction of a resort center will start from 2014. The construction of apartments is currently under way.
An official from the SGFEZ said that the SGFEZ is developing into a world-class business city with its well-equipped infrastructure for businesses and tourists.
