According to Yonhap News,          

Muju Deokyusan Resort in Seolcheon-myeon, Muju-gun, the northern Jeolla Province, was awarded the best prize in customer satisfaction management and leisure sector for two consecutive years.  

The resort said it was awarded the best prize in customer satisfaction management and leisure sector evaluated by the Korea Economic Daily.

The resort got good grades in customer satisfaction index, management strategy, implementation of customer satisfaction management, management system and management of customers.

The resort is well-known for its European style resort, the longest silk road slope in Korea, a ski resort with the steepest slope in Korea and highland golf courses visited by about 2.5 million customers every year.

Jeong hun, CEO of the resort, said, "We will develop our resort into a more luxurious one where our customers can rest comfortably with renovation and investment in new projects.
