Saemangeum Seawall No. 1 and 4 to Develop into Tourist Attraction

According to Yonhap News,
Korea Rural Community Corporation (KRC) has unveiled its master plan on developing Saemangeum Seawall No. 1 and 4 into Tourist Attractions.
KRC has decided to inject a total of 230.5 billion won into making the seawall a comprehensive tourism and leisure complex for a decade from 2014, based on the results of on-site inspection, seminars and consulting services, conducted by experts.
The plan includes building tourism and leisure facilities on reclaimed land in the seawall No. 1 and 4.
About 113.7 billion won, financed by the private and public sector, will be invested in establishing a comprehensive complex containing tourism, leisure, commercial and cultural facilities in the seawall No. 4.
