About 50 world-famous companies from 18 countries will participate in the 10th Jeonju International Fermented Food Expo, scheduled to be held in next month, according to the organizing committee of the expo.
Participation of Uruguay's wine company INAVI ESCANEADO, Czech's beer company Pilsner and Japan's sake company Nihonshu grabs attention.
In addition, Greek fermented dressing producer ALKISTI MALAMI, Taiwanese fermented noodle producer RISA EVERFASHION and Argentine wine and chocolate producer Mendosa Wine also delivered the final decision to take part in the exhibition.
Embassies from various countries will operate exhibition booths and give visitors a chance to try their traditional alcohol.
"The International Fermented Food Expo is evolving into a global food and beverage event with more and more companies attending," said an official of the organizing committee.
