According to Yonhap News,  

Iksan, north Jeolla Province (Jeonbuk)'s representative slow foods were displayed at Jeonju International Fermentation Expo.

The healthy food and beverage included sweet potato-flavored Makgeolli (unrefined rice wine) and soybean paste made of germinated brown rice.

Iksan's promotion of slow foods is in line with the recent trend of the food and beverage industry focusing on 3S, which refers to Safe, Simple (no artificial dyes or flavors) and Slow foods.
