A 2.05 Million Square Meter-Industrial Complex to Be Built in Wanju

According to Yonhap News,
Wanju-gun, north Jeolla Province (Jeonbuk) unveiled its plan on Sunday to establish the 2.05 million square meter-Techno Valley Industrial Complex with the total investment worth 290 billion won.
A 339,000 square meter-site will be reserved for residential, cultural and commercial facilities in the complex.
Wanju plans to select a developer for the construction within the early 2014 and complete the construction by 2016.
"We decided to build the complex to address the shortage of industrial sites and attract more companies," said a Wanju-gun official.
