A Large Flower Distribution Center Has Been Built in Jeonju

According to Yonhap News,
The construction of the second largest flower distribution center in Korea was completed in the mid-December in Jeonju City. The center includes a 5,402 square meter-room for floriculture grading and quality control, a 10,000 square meter-glass greenhouse and a 770 square meter-low-temperature storage room.
The center equipped with high-end facilities has the capacity to pack about 50,000 roses a day.
It will supply fresh flowers to flower shops nationwide.
"The establishment of the flower distribution center will make Jeonju a floricultural industrial hub in the future," said Jeonju Mayor Song Ha-jin.
