Iksan to Improve Living Environment for Low-income Households

According to Yonhap News,

(IKSAN = Yonhap News) The city of Iksan in Jeollabuk-do announced on January 9 that it will carry out a project to improve and repair houses of city’s 200 low-income households.

The project includes repairs of roofs, kitchens, toilets, boilers and repapering of houses. The city will provide up to KRW 3 million for support to the households.

Applications will be accepted until February 14 at county offices and community centers.

Since 2007, the city has provided a total of KRW 2.137 billion to 841 local low-income households.
