(JEONJU=NEWSIS) The Jeonbuk Creative Economy Innovation Center signed memorandums of understanding (MOU) with China’s Asia Industry Technology Innovation Alliance (AITIA) and China International Technology Transfer Center (CITTC).

The MOUs will establish a bridgehead for innovative companies and startups that have received one-stop support from the Jeonbuk Creative Economy Innovation Center to enter the Chinese market by carrying out investment exchanges and marketing activities with the AITIA.

The cooperation with the AITIA and CITTC ranges from economic, industrial to cultural sectors including industrial promotion and mutual investment, cultural and human resources exchanges, marketing and joint research on electric vehicles.

The delegation from the AITIA visited Jeonju and toured carbon materials and solar energy related companies including Solar Park Korea, Hyosung and EN Korea and discussed ways to enter the Chinese market.

They also visited the Jeonbuk Center to exchange opinions on how to increase the cooperation between the institutions and toured Jeonju’s traditional places including the Hanok traditional village and the Gyeonggijeon Shrine to promote traditional cultural exchanges.
