(JEONJU=Yonhap News) North Jeolla Province announced June 1 that it has secured KRW 130 billion of national expense for 82 public projects.

The province secured KRW 10 billion in May alone as it has won the bid for the public project of agricultural and bioengineering convergence software cluster. Other public projects include regional demand tailored support project (KRW 5.3 billion), high quality rice distribution project (KRW 4.4 billion) and life cultural center establishment project (KRW 1.29 billion).

The province expects to secure more national expense in the first half of the year as it plans to enter for nine public projects in June (project cost KRW 112.9 billion).
